Gone But Not Forgotten

The Association of Graduates has recently learned of the death of Maj Gen (Ret) Lee A. Downer, CS-21 class of 1964.

General Downer passed away on 21 Jul 2019 in Deland, FL.

A funeral service will be held on 9 Sep 2019 at 1000 hours at the USAFA Cemetery. In the event of inclement weather the service will be moved to the Memorial Pavilion.
