The Association of Graduates has recently learned of the death of Lt Col (Ret) James A. Richmond, CS-18 class of 1964.Colonel Richmond passed away on 5 Apr 2023 in Newport Beach, CA.

A memorial service will be held on 24 Apr 2023 at 1100 hours at Grace Chapel at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 600 St Andrews Rd, Newport Beach, CA 92663.
A second memorial service will be held in Fredericksburg, TX, the date is still to be determined.
His burial is intended in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA. Due to Arlington’s wait list a date has not been confirmed.
