Here is the latest on the Cell Phone situation. Remember this is subject to change anytime.

As part of their Phase Two Privileges, Fourth class cadets are authorized to carry personal cell phones for safety reasons, but their use is restricted to weekends only.  (They will have them for Parents’ Weekend but will turn them in on Monday evening.) As with any privilege, it can be revoked and approval to use the cell phones outside of the weekend must be authorized by the element leader or higher in the cadet’s chain of command
